Easter Outreaches 2008

Thanks so much for praying for us during our Easter outreaches. By God's grace, they went well! Craig had a great time working with our church family and St. Stephen's Society. They did many things over the course of 5 days. Some of the activities included preparing and handing out rice boxes to the homeless, volunteering at the women's home, some sat and prayed with guys that were having withdrawals and coming off of drug addictions, gate duty (watching overnight to make sure that the houses were safe and that no one left), hosting 2 sports days where they hung out and played games with the guys at the boy's home. It was amazing to see these people that came from such hard conditions (homeless, drug addicts, etc.) worshiping God with heartfelt passion. They have been forgiven many things, and they love Jesus with all their hearts. Pray that the lost of Hong Kong will continue to turn to Jesus, the only One who can save.

Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little. ~Luke 7:47

Also, the above video is of the Easter skit that Tammy, Caleb, and Gracie did at the Kid's Club. The Kid's Club is a ministry to minority kids in our area, helping them with their English and Chinese homework, and helping them to learn more about Jesus. Caleb and Gracie did a great job, and Faith tried to join in as well. :) It was a lot of fun!
